About Amella

At Artisan Cocoa, we believe that to create a great product you have to start with the highest quality ingredients, creativity, a passion to succeed, and lots of patience. Using this philosophy we are extremely proud to introduce to the world, Amella, the first Artisan Cocoa Butter Caramel made from a delectable combination of pure cocoa butter, the finest chocolate, and a unique addition of real fruits or vegetables. In fact, we believe that we are the first company in the world to use fresh carrots in a caramel.

The freshest ingredients are sourced from around the world and slowly cooked to intensify the flavors and attain a creamy soft texture. Once the caramel is cooled, it is hand cut using caramel cutters and the hand dipping process begins. Then, each caramel is individually hand dipped into a special chocolate blend that best compliments its ingredients making it ready for packaging.
